Pros

•"Free food"- still taxed on it •Not a job that you have to take home with you. When you're clocked out you're clocked out. •They don't believe in cubicles so that's nice.

Cons

•This company only treats you like a number. They don't really care about you. •If you're sick for 4 days (consecutive or not consecutive) and you weren't able to find someone to cover you, then they fire you. I'm not exaggerating. •They only care about quantity, not quality. They reward those with higher numbers even if their quality is much lower. •A coworker of mine was in office one day and found out his mom had a stroke. He asked to leave early and our manager said "you'll have to find someone to cover for you or else it'll reflect negatively on you" •Pay is low •My department doesn't allow anyone to have two consecutive days off at a time so you don't really get a weekend.

Pros

"Free" food (you're still taxed on it) and a handful of good coworkers.

Cons

Don't expect to be promoted unless you're related to your boss or friends with them. They always choose the unqualified relative over the qualified person who has been at Vivint for way longer. There is also no clear way to move up in the company because promotions are always super random and again, only ever go to relatives or friends. In addition, pay is a joke. Have only gotten maybe $2-3 in raises over the past 2 years. All of their other positions are very low compared to other jobs in the area. Lastly, the job itself is horrible. Expect to be on calls all day answering questions that could easily be Googled. You'll also be expected to work most holidays except Christmas.

Pros

Work from Home, don't really have to do much

Cons

Basically 911 operators without the union. Oh, not to mention they had a privacy breach not too long ago.
