      Pros

      Great customer service policy that made working with customers very easy and stress free. The pay was good.

      Cons

      There is a lot of favoritism at play that blocks career advancement for those who aren't the favorites.

      Nice atmosphere. Friendly co-workers. Pleasant customers for the most part.

      Cons

      Good job for young singles or others with no family demands. Not good for anyone with young children because of scheduling.

      I enjoyed the people and working in certain departments.

      Cons

      The shoe department is crazy, so much is expected of you and it so hard on you physically and mentally. Managers in the shoe department get paid less then the sales associates which seems backwards. Only room for advancement is if your willing to move.
