Solid work - Opportunities for growth.

Pros

Everyone works, puts in a full Measure. Everyone from the bottom to the top. Solid work for all positions, fast-paced environment at times, slower in the winter. Great Per Diem for travelling work. Amazing benefits. Bonus Program. Most Leadership have significant time in the industry and understand many challenges facing lower positions.

Cons

Some jobs are remote and require significant travel (but great Per Diem). Any DUI history will not be eligible for hire. Criminal Record will be highly scrutinized. (This can also be a Pro as it creates a very clean and professional work environment.) Long Hours - Salary positions (40 hours) will be working 50-60 during projects.
