Health insurance is pretty decent.

Cons

The culture here is awful, upper management is HORRIBLE, and nobody knows what they are doing. They all have had these positions handed to them without earning it and it shows. No training, and it's a "cliquey" environment. Unless you are a brown noser don't expect to move up in this company or learn anything. They shove their core values in your face but don't stand by them.
