Over-time, for those that are hourly.

Cons

Over-time, for those that are salary, they pay you on a 40hr week, you work 50-60. Lot's of big egos and not much experience, competence, or desire to hear constructive criticism on either how somethings being built or how someone interacts with the team. They talk a big game on culture and values, but actions speak louder than words here. Can't seem to win a bid in Utah to save their life the last few years and are branching out to other states to survive/grow which has occurred under Dustin's time as CEO.

While we continue to bid on and win work in the state of Utah, we are strategically pursuing work throughout the western US. We also appreciate your feedback on leadership training. This is something that we have been working to improve and increase over the last 2 years. While we know that we need to continue to improve in this area, we are really excited about the future given these strategic initiatives.
