No clear goals/communication about how to increase salary. No negotiating.

I do not recommend anyone to work for this company. The pay is low, you will not feel appreciated, since everyone either quits or get fired you will always have to cover several positions but you won't get paid more, the HR department avoids you whenever you have a question or an issue, no flexibility, zero motivation, lack of training, low opportunities for growth (unless you have connections with people on the top)... etc etc I could keep going. This company just concentrates in buying other banks and the bigger it becomes the worst for the employee and customer. I can't believe I wasted so many years working in this company, now I work at another bank in the same position and earn almost twice the salary.
