      Extreme disconnect even before the merger Young narcissist abound A six sigma black belt, is like dealing with a robot at this co Very reliant on opinion, which is scary being a SSBB Fire people for 0 cause A ton of clicks that end in tenured employees always “winning” More he said she said management than actual rules or standards Bullying is the standard Turnover rate is absurd Abuse of time management like never seen before

      Declining since merger

      Pros

      I was a long time employee at Navicure but watched the slow decline once the merger with Zirmed occurred to form Waystar -- great product but I don't even think that is enough anymore

      Cons

      There seems to be no desire by leadership to keep existing employees on board, they seem to be making everyone uncomfortable so they will quit Comp plans and territories keep changing, leadership isn't concerned with the individual employees' growth and career advancement
