Pros

I have been given more opportunity and responsibility than previous roles, and trusted to complete them. I learn every single day from the people on the team - everyone is so friendly and collaborative. Daily lunches are a great way to get to know everyone. It's a very supportive environment where I feel I can grow a lot!

Cons

As in all startups, things move fast and change often. My biggest advice is make sure you're the type of personality that isn't too attached to structure.

Fun family environment, lots of responsibility, world class facilities, in-house Chef with whole team eating lunch together!

Cons

Fast growing start-ups can be very chaotic, a lot of learning as we grow
