Pros

WebDAM is a small company but has all the perks of a large company, literally the best of both worlds. The culture is great and everyone in the office works hard to ensure the companies success. The hours can be a bit longer than 9-5 but that's the nature of being a professional. Very approachable senior management help make working here a very pleasurable experience.

Cons

I have no complaints.

Pros

The PERKS this company offers are great. Free snacks and drinks. Gym reimbursement and tons of dress up/theme days.

Cons

A lot of the employees and management have been friends for a long time outside of the organization and it affects management and HR's ability to handle interpersonal problems effectively. Employees are allowed to speak to each other however they would like (cuss, yell, etc) and it creates a hostile environment sometimes.

Pros

Webdam is the first and best company where I feel as I'm working from home. I enjoyed the interview process because it was transparent, straightforward, friendly and genuine. I've interviewed with more than 40 companies yet this has been the best. The interview process took about 2.5 weeks. From our initial phone screening, the recruiter was patient, attentive, easy-going and friendly. Then I was set up to speak with a manager 2 days after. He asked me what are the good characteristics for a customer service representative. He was friendly, sincere and professional and I felt very comfortable discussing my concerns and interests regarding the expectations for the position. The phone interview was informative and straightforward. A week later I was invited to the on-site interview with my team and other employees. The on-site interview was roughly three hours long. I was actually surprised that I was given a product demo. Most companies don't do that until the candidate is chosen. And I think Webdam not only wants to be clear with their candidates about their awesome design platform but also wants to inspire them to the position. I also spoke with 4 others about the role, products, and scenario solutions. All questions were straightforward and role-oriented. I have never walked out from an interview with an absolutely clear idea of the role tasks nor with a great feeling of the people and company culture. At Webdam, I feel completely comfortable and authentic. Three days later I received an offer from the manager. The whole process was great: timely, professional, and authentic. At my first week, I was warmly welcomed, supported and clearly instructed by teammates and manager. I used to work at a start-up where I felt isolated, lost and confused. At Webdam, I was granted a buddy to catch up on the company culture, meetings, activities and other social events. I am thankful for being part of such amazing team where I feel confident, comfortable and supported. Pros: - Authentic, straightforward, crystal clear - Supportive, Friendly, Professional - Lots of Perks, Flexible schedule, lots of learning - Lots of social events, group activities and free Monday's breakfast & Friday's lunch

Cons

I can't think of any Cons. Are there?
