Pros

Smart people, fun culture, challenging work. The company's size and reputation ensure that it is invited to pitch the highest-profile accounts and its critical mass makes it more likely that employees will work with people in other offices, perhaps even internationally, at some point. At the very least, it provides great opportunities to learn and grow.People are recognized for good work and compensated fairly. There's a great sense of fun here; every year, the New York office rents a nightclub to host Agency Idol, in which people at every level participate and every practice is represented.

Cons

While most managers are great, a few need work, but aren't forced to change because of the revenue they generate.

Pros

There are a lot of perks like being able to wear jeans, monthly parties, lunch brought in. Also in general the people that work here are easy to get along with and work hard. We get to be creative everyday, which most people don't get to do. Plus, in general our clients love us and are great to work for.

Cons

The pay is very low and they don't recognize employees who are loyal and stay with the company. People who jump around and come back are paid much higher than those who stay with the company from the start. The fact that we're 100% client based and don't get bonuses for a good year/program is absurd.
