Pros

The sheer size of the company and its worldwide network means that you get to work on a range of international business and large brands on major campaigns. There is a level of training, knowledge-sharing and experience that cannot be matched by the vast majority of PR agencies.

Cons

Long hours and a tendency to go after every piece of new business at the expense of employees' free time. Often not enough time to truly think about how to deliver the best service for a client.

Pros

an excellent opportunity because it's one of the best firms in the industry. people are throwing projects at you that are at every level - it's wherever the needs are, so you have the opportunity to be working on stuff that's well beyond your years. other perks are flexibility and a fun, vibrant staff

Cons

folks are so young and get promoted very quickly, therefore could use more experience with managing others. everyone is close in age and lots of women so it can get political at times.

Pros

Great learning environment and good place to launch a career. I was happy with the flat organizational structure and quality of feedback that I received when I was there. The employees are great to work with and everyone takes each others ideas very seriously. Even as an intern, upper management always treated me as a competent employee. Free snacks. Employee recognition was a big thing and your work was noticed.

Cons

Not many I can think of other than the equipment in the intern room. Outdated desktops and screens in the intern pit, but this is understandable as I was not a full-time employee.
