Pros

Opportunities to work on-site with a client or in the agency, as well as the opportunity to be a part of innovative PR campaigns that integrate social media

Cons

The Birmingham office is very automotive-focused, so you don't get as much of a variety of industry experience

Pros

Weber Shandwick is a good place to work because it presents opportunties to work in several practice areas and to work with the best companies in the world. It is consistently collaborative with other offices both nationally and globally. The company is supportive of employees needs and encourages proactiveness to take your career in any direction you want. They listen to ideas and embrace creativity. It also has a great work life balance.

Cons

Agency life has a high turnover and salaries can be lacking, especially with no bonus under the VP level.
