Pros

Great company to work for! So much growth in the 5 years I have worked for WebstaurantStore.com. Flexibility with family/work schedule, opportunities to grow, rewards for extra time put in, etc. I feel very blessed to have this job!

Cons

The growth has pros and cons- cons have been a lot of change in a short time. Tough to keep up with work load at times too.

I took a chance on a company I didn't know anything about and couldn't be happier!

Pros

Work atmosphere is better than anywhere I've previously worked. I was given ample training and had the opportunity to grow my leadership within the company. Company really on the up and up. Very exciting future.

Cons

Starting salary is lower for someone with experience, but would be considered reasonable for someone fresh out of college.

Unethical management team, revolving door

Pros

If you’re buddies with the higher level management team, life is good. On the flip side - disagree with them once and you’re on the list to be terminated.

Cons

The Sr. Management team can’t be trusted and tries to make fools out of newer employees vs. providing them with the training they need. The Sr. Management team constantly plays favorites as well vs. making decision based on merit. Ex. One person will get fired for something and someone else does the same thing and they don’t even receive a verbal warning. = I’m searching for a new job as I'm writing this review.
