      All of our Sales Managers have been with us for at least over 9 years so this is a very confusing review. Weidenhammer prides itself on Team Member feedback and honest communication with all genders. We regret whatever misunderstanding occurred in this situation.

      1 - Talented Developers and overall great folks throughout the company. 2- Always keeping fresh with technology stack. 3 - Innovators in E-Commerce and Digital Marketing 4 - Devs are given good hardware to work with.

      Great coworkers, great location, option of working at home when needed

      Cons

      I would expect more loyalty to the employees, especially long-term employees since it is a smaller company. I was VERY disappointed to find out that this was not the case. Non-compete agreement makes it difficult to find another job, even when you can see your division circling the drain. Low pay.
