Dedicated staff truly interested in helping their customers. Individual team managers are easy to work with and care about their employees.

Cons

Long-term strategy is not clear, but the potential is there. The desire to work as a cohesive company is strong, but hasn't been realized yet - individual department incentives get in the way.

Pros

Weidenhammer treats their employees fairly. There are times when I don't get everything I want, but I feel my requests are looked at fairly and honestly. The teams at Weidenhammer work together well and are working to common goals. I love the small company feel and closeness.

Cons

Weidenhammer is a small company and does not have all the benefits of working for a large company. Although, I do feel they make an effort to be competitive and offer as many benefits as possible.
