Pros
Wow - a lot of disgruntled former employees posting on this site. I have to assume they were let go for performance reasons (in sales this means they were not hitting goals/quotas). I have worked here for 10 years in sales and find it a great company. They give me the opportunity to make A LOT of money if I perform, hit revenue and quota goals, and hold myself personally accountable for my success.
Cons
Not a perfect company (find me one who is), but I find that the organization constantly strives to identify areas for improvement - not stuck in business as usual. They recognize that this industry is transforming and they are changing to stay ahead of these challenges and opportunities. I feel like I have a voice in this change, which is refreshing (management doesn't pretend to have all the answers - seeks input from everyone).
