Pros

I have been at Welby for over a year now and I am so happy that I joined! The team is truly dedicated to helping patients. Additionally, I continue to be impressed with our engineering team and the technology we are building here!

Cons

Only normal early stage start up growing pains. However, that always makes it exciting!

Pros

There is a direct contact with clinicians, CEO and CTO. Like a startup all the team members promotes the well performance of the application and you can participate in the architecture definition. Unlimited PTO Excellent work balance

Cons

No official bonus defined With unlimited PTO, the company should require employees to take at least 10 days off per year. There are no benefits or perks available for individuals outside the United States.
