Cons

As a start-up, you have to be flexible with change.

Pros

Supportive work environment from co-workers to management. Dynamic work environment that keeps things exciting . With company being a start up you have the opportunity to learn more about all aspects of the business and be part of a growing team and input is valued.

Cons

None! It is a great place to work and the work we do provides a big impact in patient's lives. Only advice is if you have never worked for a start up , do your research because it is alot different but that is also what makes it so great!

Pros

The people are amazing, work is meaningful, management cares about your job satisfaction, great benefits, great work/life balance, truly a great place to work.

Cons

I can't think of anything negative. It's a start-up so things are constantly changing but the transitions aren't difficult if you're willing to go with the flow.
