Great leadership and innovative environment, but pay lagged initially
Pros
I love that they actually listen and actually priortize changes and fixes. In the Hospital and at other insurance company jobs it can take literally a year to make a simple fix. The I.T. here is AMAZING. I also LOVE that we have direct access to the "powers" The CEO's know us by name and face and actually interact with us. The Technology is cutting edge and we are making real differences for our patients.
Cons
So as a Start-up, they do not have all the process nailed down (also a PRO because it means we can change them if they are not working). There have been some snafus with benefits and pay in the last year and they own that and work quickly to fix it. The initial pay was much lower then I was making previously but the Team environment really helped off set that and they listened when we said it was not enough and have adjusted the pay rates to better meet national standards.
