Pros

The Leadership team is outstanding. The President is genuine and has amazing goals and strategic direction for the future. The interview process was friendly, professional, and clear as to what the role would entail. Working remotely is also a plus.

Cons

Working remotely is a plus it also has its negative side. You need to know how to insert yourself to be included into the process and ways to stay engaged and open to learning.
