Decent benefits and great PTO, no weekends or holidays, ability to work remotely

Cons

Used to be a good place to work but workload has consistently increased over the last few years and company has indicated they are not amenable to adding any additional staff to my department. You are expected to work unpaid overtime to keep up with the heavy workload. There is no sense of accomplishment as the workload is nearly impossible to keep up with and you just keep getting asked to take on more and more work. Company offers lots of vacation time but its difficult to take vacation because the work piles up so much while you are out. Am extremely burned out after a few years working here.

Large turnovers since the move. Losing our highly intelligent employees due to unbelievable commutes.
