A great wfh company with great benefits, enjoyed my peers and SOME superiors.

Cons

Production base work, metrics were unfair in this particular department which raised concerns on how metrics were measured. Hopefully it has improved.

Seems like this place is starting to fall apart

Great support and trust from my leadership.

Cons

I love my job, but it seems like the wheels are falling off. Reporting missed financial goals, and zero merit increases (despite wild inflation) tells me that my time here will likely be coming to an end soon.
