- Office Location: The office are located on top of a mall, elevators hardly work properly, bring your own lunch otherwise you will spend most of your lunch just getting out/getting back to the office.
- Management: Directors/Managers/Supervisors are never on the same page due to lack of communication and making alot of assumptions. Management discloses very little information when major changes will occur.
- Red tape: Unless you're really close friends with management it will be hard to get a promotion; you'll have to kill yourself until management starts to consider you for a bump up.
Manager of one dept brought in their son and in less than a year in the son received a big time promotion leaving long time employees who deserved the promotion out of luck.
HR/Management ultimately DO NOT CARE when you bring concerns to light. They'll listen, write notes and NOTHING HAPPENS.
- Workflows for over 80% of the departments are outdated
- Very little communication between departments; departments pointing at each other like little children... they spend more time "fighting" than resolving issues.
- The company puts faith in old technology
- Benefits keep going up, yearly raises for most go down (last year there were no raises).
The biggest problem here is Management across the board. 95% of directors/managers/supervisors need to be replaced.
