Way too many to list... but a major issue is it's always short staffed for those providing care to patients and way too many managers who sit in meetings and enjoy controlling and micromanagement.

Health insurance is horrible! Unit management doesn’t care about their staff just budgets & $. They bring people from outside before promoting from within. You have to leave and comeback to be taken seriously & get the pay you deserve.
