Pros
Salary and benefits are quite good and the company's efforts in the space of child adoption is truly admirable. My personal employment there was, for the most part, a positive experience and I truly enjoyed working with most of the people I interacted with on a daily basis.
Cons
Combative and manipulative inter-departmental politics stemming from Marketing and its leadership. Avoid Marketing-related opportunities at all costs. If you are thinking of getting involved in their digital development efforts... know what you're getting into and the difficulty you will face advising sound courses of action. Senior leadership has been schizophrenic in their priorities and at times outright hostile to other departments (again, mostly Marketing) while never owning their mistakes.
