      Pros

      Good food. Good customers. Good staff

      Cons

      The pay could be better but at least i get free diner... Everytime i work! As it is fast food i get no benefits but its okay. I got food.

      Be friends with management or go nowhere, also don't do your job too well or you'll be stuck where you are.

      Pros

      Compensation was ok (on the high end) for the field. Most people (non-management) were nice to be around. Vacation time was nice, although it was a chore to be approved.

      Cons

      Company seems to be going down the hole. Mid to large scale layoffs twice in 4 years, getting rid of some with 20+ years experience to keep on those with none. Management seems to worry more about sales numbers than people. They also tend to not promote based on merit, but based on friendship.

      Pros

      Good benefits if you are able to use them. There is so much turnover one has an opportunity to advance.

      Cons

      Upper management is the worst this company has ever had. If you do not play the political game, they manipulate and treat their employees like slaves. They influence an overly competitive environment that is not productive or effective. Long work hours and too much work load. Except for upper management, employees never have the opportunity to take a day off or a vacation for all that matters. Upper management take lower staff ideas and run with them as their own. It's a "keep your head down and keep your mouth shut environment."
