We strive to provide competitive compensation based on annually reviewed salary market data and analysis. We also understand how management can significantly impact or employees across the organization, so we uphold our leaders to the highest standards. Regarding vaccinations, we encourage our employees to get vaccinated, but this is not a requirement for returning to the office (except where required by law). Western Union leaders remain in close contact with local governments and building administrators on the guidelines for each of our site locations to ensure the continued health and safety of our employees, candidates, customers, and partners. As each company location is at a different stage in the return-to-office process, we continue to monitor the situation and communicate with employees on the local protocols. For example, we are giving individuals at our Denver Headquarters offices, returning to the office, the option to provide their COVID vaccination, or if unvaccinated, attest to receiving regular negative COVID tests, per our employee guidelines. Accommodations will also be made for religious and medical circumstances following local laws. We take to heart all of the feedback we receive from our employees, and we will share your review with the appropriate teams to influence positive change in the organization.
