Pros

• Fast hire • Excellent training/Training staff • Excellent Quality Assurance staff. • Excellent HR staff

Cons

• This is a telemarketing job; not a bad thing however, you have to weed though tons of voicemail messages and no answers before reaching live persons. • A certain manager issues snide unnecessary remarks inside of her email messages when responding direct to employees. Manager has demonstrated that she lacks the art for writing graceful electronic messages. #detractor

Pros

Save on gas and commute. Home for your kids and family. Save money on work clothes.

Cons

Your lied to from the beginning. THIS IS TELEMARKETING!!! So much cons to list. Your calls are recorded and you have a script to follow, which is fine but when you get callers who verbally abuse you for calling them on a Saturday at 8 am, your told that you could have turned the call around if you just used a few rebuttals. The caller specifically said NO and they never signed up for the service. You were told they did but must of "forgot". When people hung up in the beginning of the call, you were told to call back because they needed to hear where your from and why you were calling. You took about 300-400 calls a day, mostly voicemails. And if you took more then 3 seconds to answer the next call, you would be yelled at for "slacking off" Schools in the system were a joke. Not nationally and regional accredited and if people asked if they were, you had to say YES. And let them deal with it with the school. Callers would be calling you every bad name in the book because they never signed up for this service, they just wanted a job. Management DID NOT SUPPORT you being cursed at. They brushed it off as use your rebuttals and kill them with kindness.

Pros

Work From Home Flexible Schedule Paid Training Very Supportive Team to help You be Successful

Cons

Low pay start you off at $9 have to work 600 hours before you can get a dollar raised Must meet a quota of two leads per hour Don't think there should be a quota when we are calling people who sometimes are rude and sometimes have no knowledge of what they signed up for.. The job is telemarketing even though they tell you its not.. So you got to have a thick skin to prepare you for some of the calls you will encounter...
