Pros

Telecommuting, flexible schedule and legitimate income

Cons

None, it is work. When you read reviews please remember that some people just don't want to work. It is from home, but it is WORK from home.

Thank you so much for your feedback. Our CEO and Vice President of Operations often comment about the need to ensure that parents who need to remain at home, but want to earn income are given a fair chance at employment. They truly want the company to be a place that values the need of each team member. When we receive reviews like yours, it helps to remind us that we are on track and are consistently providing a legitimate work environment for individuals that need to remain home, while providing for their families.

We are sorry to hear that your experience with our company was not the best. We strive to provide a work environment that values the employee, while providing a space for the employee to balance work life needs. We continue to seek ways to be competitive. While we know that for some individuals the starting salary is lower than they expected, we assure you that our starting salary is in line with entry level work. We provide a $1.00 increase after the new hire has completed the onboarding/training period, and then offer another review with an increase six months from their start date to ensure that we are consistently evaluating the needs of our workers and ensuring that we offer a competitive wage. Yearly, thereafter, regular pay increases are in place. In addition, we offer paid time off, healthcare opportunities and matching 401k plans. Though we are a small company, we strive to show our employees that they are the best part of the team. We believe that with benefits and our hourly base pay, we remain competitive in the work from home industry.

Pros

None at all except for one of my trainers.

Cons

I may have not been a good fit for the company and thank them for being patient with me and giving me two nesting sessions which i wasnt paid for until this week because they spelt my name in system wrong. Then i start my full schedule on the 27th and started having constant reconnect issues and a lag here and there but after i got i t fixed. It was tuesday started getting 10 to 15 second constant. I would get kicked out into not ready with 10 sec of of the 20 you get to dial a number left on timer. She kept asking for screenshots but on screen shot looked normal because i couldnt see a lag because hard to see in a pick she kept kept saying she didnt understand where lag was because my wrap times were low yea when i actually the lag most of time was the lag after disposit and get a ding and next customer number would come up and and still have the name of previous customer for 10 to 15 seconds. I worked i worked 6.a half hour wed and the time i was in not ready from being booted was 2 hours which is aggravating and insane so i was told thursday after working 3 hours to log out early because when data is low and your average lph wasnt 2.5 for first 2 hours i have to clock out. Then i had to open case with five 9 was on phone for 2 and half hours with them and still wasnt resolved and not to mention 98 percent you reached was voicemail due to calling several times a day and then tell me that she need to have meeting about my performance for my first 30 days which wasnt on calls for 30 days and tons of voicemails which they give us the the people that do answer had already been called enough for prospect to be pissed and pick up being rude and cut u off. Then fri day case still open calls given were 2nd chance calls so being kicked out of ready mode 10 seconds earlier that i was suppose to get and when i was trying to manage to work past it until the tech got done with an analysis not to mention calls i did get number dialed in 8 to 10 seconds were voicemails

We are sorry to hear that your experience with our team was less than satisfactory. We understand that when an employee is separated from employment they are often quite upset. We certainly welcome the feedback, but want to ensure that the feedback is objective and honest. In this case, there was no known issue in which an employee did not receive pay because of their name being spelled wrong. Our team works diligently to ensure that the account set up for individual's to receive timely pay is in place. In fact, we use a self-service portal for new hires to enter their personal information and set up direct deposit. In the event an error occurs, this often is a result of the new hire entering information incorrectly and not double checking prior to payroll. Our payroll team sends confirmation prior to the first check to give individuals time to double check that everything is accurate. With these safeguards in place payroll issues are rare, and in this case non-existent. If there is ever a payroll issue, HR is alerted immediately. There were no alerts of payroll errors within the last 30 days. Secondly, we provide an intense training, which is discussed during the hiring process. We stress during that time that there will be group training and individual practice, and that employees must make adequate progress to start taking live calls. Our team believes that hiring is an investment, and ultimately want everyone to do well. If the training team feels that instead of separating someone from employment they would rather try to give them more practice, we support that as we want our employees to remain gainfully employed. In this case, you were provided with this extra time. However, after being given the extra time and the training team confirming that you were ready to proceed, we noticed immediately issues with working your schedule, communicating with management and following the call process that was instituted in training. Management immediately contacted you as the employee, but received subsequent communication in which we were accused of not responding to messages. When pressed to send us the communication we failed to respond to, we were alerted by the employee that it was a mistake and the messages were never sent. As we began to evaluate the quality of the calls, we determined that calls were violating the quality standard of the company and putting the contract at risk. These behaviors put at risk hundreds of jobs, and were errors that our team worked diligently to correct prior to live start. Let me stress we never make a decision to separate someone from employment lightly, but in this case we had no other choice. We cannot support, unfortunately, known quality issues, attendance issues and improper communication with management from team members who have worked with us less than thirty days. We want to ensure that this position is available for the hundreds of applicants who want to work from home, value an honest employer and will grow with our company. At the foundation of this is honesty and integrity. Though the decision was a hard one, it is one that we believe we had to make to protect the integrity of the company and apologize for any inconvenience it caused you as a former employee. Finally, in an effort to be transparent, we must also cite that this review is not completely honest, which highlights the integrity issues we previously discussed. Please note, we do not and have never hired representatives in the state of California. As a company, we hire individuals that reside in Illinois, Indiana, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Tennessee or Louisiana. We understand that you may be angry, but we point out in all fairness that the inconsistencies in this review may indicate that emotions were high when writing this and therefore are not an accurate reflection of the company. We welcome a conversation with you to discuss any issues further.
