We are sorry to hear that your experience was not positive. Please know that our business does not hire dispatchers. We are an outbound call center in which we contact individuals looking for home improvement project quotes or those interested in returning to school. We do not and have never employed individuals who work as a dispatcher for products, trucks or vehicles at or through our company. In addition, one of our strongest selling points as an employer is that we allow our agents to choose their own schedule or "hours." We do this because we believe that in order to have a great work-life balance, it is essential for the employee to have freedom over their schedule. Employees are able to choose a schedule based on our hours of operation to work the position. We did this prior to the pandemic and continue this practice today. Finally, managers do not provide training for new hires. All training is completed through our training department where all trainers have several years of experience in teaching and learning. In fact, they are skilled at designing training , providing feedback and coaching new hires. Managers work with new hires once they are on the phones making calls by providing coaching and feedback for our agents. We appreciate all reviews and use them to improve our practice. Though we are unclear as to whether this review is for the correct company, we will use the feedback we can garner to improve our practices.

Thank you for your review. We are glad that you had a positive relationship with your manager and and co-workers. We believe that our greatest asset as an employer are the people we have on our team. Thank you for being a part of that team. We know that at times making calls to individuals can be a difficult task. We value your work and try hard to respond to suggestions and recommendations from our staff to improve the call process. We have built scripts and rebuttals with our team members in mind, but know that at times dealing with a variety of people and personalities on the phones can be overwhelming. We encourage our staff to spend time talking with their managers when they feel that the calls are overwhelming. Management is skilled at identifying strategies to make the call process easier or changing projects for a bit to give the staff member time to regroup. Finally, we allow agents to work from home and sometimes we recognize that this location choice can be difficult. Individuals can feel as if they are unable to travel as a result of needing to work from home or even want to work more remotely when on the road. Though we recognize that working from home may be a plus for many, we also recognize that their are individuals who are looking to work more remotely. Please know that we require agents to work from a secure location due to handling sensitive information of our clients. We wish that the location could be more fluid, but we take the personal information of our clients and prospective customers seriously. We allow temporary location changes, as long as their is a hardwire connection and a door for privacy, but we cannot allow working from public locations. Again, we thank you for being a part of our greatest asset and wish you continued success in all endeavors.

Thank you for your feedback, and we continue to strive to make Windy City Call Center a great place to work. Though we offer paid time off, we recognize that an added benefit would be to offer paid holidays. We continue to research ways to offer this benefit to our staff. We also appreciate our staff's work on the weekend, because we make calls to homeowners and those who are employed, often weekends are times when we need the greatest assistance due to higher contact rates. Again, we appreciate your work and thank you for being the best part of our team.
