I have been working with WinnResidential for a little over a year now in the New York Region. This is a company that has proven it has the Power of the Past and is dedicated to the Force of the Future. Right from the start there was a welcoming feeling of family within the office, and site staff that I was introduced to in the first week. I will say that the tasks are changeling and felt as if it was all uphill as most new positions can feel when just beginning. But quickly the team of coworkers come together to ensure success which inspired me to do better. Not to make this bigger than what it is, I will sum it up. If you are a hard-working individual that is a solution-based person to the ongoing issues in the commercial residential industry. WinnResidential is the BEST company I have ever had the pleasure working for. They are sensitive to work to life balance, and family values. They recognize people that have the work ethic that built this company 47 years ago and are looking into the future and people that have that type of attuited, professionalism, and moral turpitude to joy our team (Family). No Job is perfect; however, I have found that Winn is as close as you will get to being just that. The Indian rain dance isn’t magic, The Indians just keep dancing until it rains!
