Pros
-work from home -flex hours -encouraged work/life balance -frequent bonuses and raises -you aren't just given a high five, they are quick to promote within when you e proved you're ready to be promoted, whether you've been there 3 months or 2 years it's when you're ready, no time minimum. -the health benefits are really great
Cons
-little vacation time, but you can work from anywhere as long as you give notice for tax purposes -maternity leave benefits were initially bad when I started but then someone left and they very recently just got better -the training process depending on department can be lacking, but they're trying company wide to focus on training initiatives so I expect improvements on this too
