There are way too many people in management that shouldn’t be. A lot of management doesn’t do their job but instead lets their teams do it for them and burns them out. Instead of getting rid of the bad leadership, they create a different position for them (usually a promotion). You only get 2 weeks of PTO. That’s for everything; vacation, personal time, sick days, etc.

The company harps on being an ESOP; however, I worked there for several years and was sorely mislead about the money I would be receiving upon leaving. There's not much mobility depending on what your role is within the company. I experienced weak leadership and burnout due to monotonous work with a weird team dynamic.
