Pros

Woodgrain Millwork has the potential to be a great company and truly be a great leader in the industry if they had better management, less ego's and trained their family members that want to be involved in the business.

Cons

Woodgrain does not value their employees, from ownership to management they have no respect for their employees or their skills. The slogan of the management team is "everyone can be replaced", and that reigns true to how they make decisions on running their business. The owners have integrated so many of their kids in the company to help run the business, but the kids are coming in with big ego's and have no knowledge of the capabilities, products or the market and is forcing Woodgrain to run downhill quick.
