Pros

Woodgrain Distribution gives you plenty of opportunities to grow in the company. Woodgrain is very family oriented. They are always helpful in every area.

Cons

Woodgrain's warehouse was not up to par. The warehouse was not insulated with air or heat. So we had to work in the freezing cold or the extreme heat. It was constantly wild animal running through out the warehouse.
