Pros

Close to my home. Love my coworkers.

Cons

Pay is very low. Some people make only $12 per hour after 10 years. Raises don't really exist and bonuses are given sometimes. The worst problem is communication on corporate and local level.

Good company to work for, but not for all types of people.

Pros

Great group of people to work with. Annual bonus. Interesting machinery and contraptions. Creativity and ingenuity is encouraged. Interesting mix of old proven technology with new. 1970 meets 2014 - it's a trip!

Cons

Dusty environment outside corporate office (it's a wood mill!), benefits could be better. Family owned company so they do things their own way, which can be frustrating at times. Headquartered in Fruitland, Idaho which is in the middle of nowhere.
