      One of the most toxic places I've ever worked. Must be willing to agree with any and all decisions, whether good or bad. Extremely mentally taxing place to work.

      Pros

      Talented team who is enjoyable to work with. Engineering team is relatively mature for its size. WorkOS is in an exciting and competitive space, so plenty of interesting problems to solve. High ownership and autonomy across the company. Engineers are expected to be very product-oriented and have a deep understanding of users’ needs. Solid product-market fit means roadmap is relatively focused, but there are some exceptions.

      Cons

      Growing pains related to cross-team communication and clarity on product ownership as the company scales. Fortunately this is something that’s being worked through.
