Poor management decision making. People get promoted to management based on tenure in the company and not on skill and capability to do the actual job. It is truly a poor workplace unlike anything I have ever experienced. Micromanagement is rampant by managers who are new to the job and have had zero ( I mean ZERO!) training! They know who they are too.
Business model is poor. Too many free features to the point where the majority of customers can actually use the product for free and never plan to spend any money at all....These same customers consume SOOO much internal resources at no expense to the customer but at a heavy cost to internal developers and support teams. Protect your company's time!
I would avoid this company at the moment if you value your mental health. A few people have went out on leave and never returned. Opting for other roles after being burnt out!
