      Pros

      The team at WorkOS are so talented. It's really inspiring to work with people who are passionate about their craft. Everyone is genuinely helpful, humble and supportive of one another. The Onsite meet-ups every six months really help to build connections, so even though we work remotely we have a great bond.

      Cons

      Being completely remote isn't for everyone, but there are plenty of opportunities to connect with the team.

      Pros

      + Strong early team, lots of Stripe, Dropbox, etc alums + Fully remote with bi-annual in-person meet ups + Product & Eng-led culture + Strong business traction but still very early on (great time to join!) + Great culture for folks who like autonomy + Well-funded w solid business offers a lot of stability for a company of our stage (~50 employees)

      Cons

      - Typical growing pains of a small company scaling rapidly (very little process, etc) - Fast-paced culture (take that as a pro or con)

      Pros

      WorkOS is an exciting place to work. The company is grown quite a bit the past year, and seems to have a bright future ahead of it. Everyone on the team has a "get things done" attitude. All of the managers lean towards "high trust" and providing autonomy to reports. If you want to focus on building things in an environment that prioritizes quality, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Like any startup at this stage, there are some growing pains. With so many new folks joining, management still needs to find the right processes to make scaling the organization smooth.
