      Pros

      - Impressive Team Members. Everyone is talented, kind, helpful. - Work/life balance is extremely good. - High quality bar. We rarely have fires and when we do, we put them out quickly. - Tremendous amount of learning opportunities - Company is growing rapidly and solving a problem that few are doing - Nice perks that come along with being a fully distributed team

      Cons

      - Scratching my head here. I guess the only con is that we need to hire more quality folks across the board.

      - The product has tremendous potential and is solving an exceptionally hard problem. - The team is extremely talented and is very aligned in terms of what they believe. - The CEO is a very strong leader and is willing to make changes for the company to succeed.

      Cons

      There's a lot of negativity on Glassdoor and you should definitely take that with a grain of salt. Every stage of a company is different, especially in a startup environment. What's described on this page does not really match the behaviors of the present. For those who are interviewing - you should definitely meet the team, ask questions, and make your own assessment. Once you do that, you'll realize that everybody is very friendly and competent.

      Pros

      Coming from a larger startup, I've loved being a part of this small and tight-knit team. No matter what team you're on, you have the ability to contribute in all areas and make a real impact. Super friendly coworkers and a product that developers really love.

      Cons

      Not many! It's an early stage startup so you have to be willing to be adaptable and ride a bit of chaos, but it's also what makes the experience exciting.
