Pros

Some nice well intentioned colleagues.

Cons

Too many to list but at its core is a CEO who is too long in the seat. Hires poorly and removes anyone with fresh thinking. Has allowed a toxic culture to permeate which is ironic giving the public image Workhuman puts out. Fundamentally, this is a gift card business which has tagged onto employee strategy at large enterprise businesses. It has grown beyond anyone’s wildest dreams in terms of revenue, again down to the clients, not the CEO. Problem now is they have never diversified, are a one trick pony and the market is moving much faster.

A sinking ship on it’s last legs…

Pros

People in Dub office, benefits, salary is ok.

Cons

Oh - where to start? Used to be an amazing company on a great mission, but has fallen apart over the last 2 and a half years or so. CONSTANT lay offs - did a mass layoff in March 2023 and have been constantly laying off people silently since. Most recent mass layoff in May 2025 and also now July 2025, with more expected to come over the next 12 months or so. Zero job security and majority of staff in Dub office are looking over their shoulder or looking for a way out. Morale in the company amongst staff is at rock bottom, but leadership think everything is fine and try and paper over the cracks with ‘Summer Fridays’. Summer party cancelled, bonuses cut, no essential travel. Leadership will blame some big client losses and the economic environment, but they don’t realise that the people on the ground are the ones who will get the ship back on track again. CEO and most of the execs around him are clueless and are constantly changing direction, strategy etc and will just blame others for their mistakes. If you’re thinking of joining here, I’d reconsider.

We deeply value the people who have helped build our organization, and we don’t take that dedication for granted, especially during times of uncertainty and change. We understand that recent transitions have had a real impact on our humans, and we’re committed to navigating this period with clarity and care.
