Pros

Good people and a good mission.

Cons

Lack of mature process. Constant change. Low autonomy as leadership decides everything based on personal opinion, not data. Very hard to get career progression.

Pros

The rewards scheme is a nice bonus. Worked with some great people.

Cons

The management is definitely the worst I've ever seen. Everyone is looking out for themselves and will happily throw you under the bus to save their skin. This probably is influenced by which department you're in but my experience was awful. I would strongly recommend no one work there unless they want to be constantly gaslit and undermined by the most incompetent people you're ever likely to meet. Used to be a nice place with nice people but I slowly watched the culture become a lot more toxic and I imagine that it's only gotten worse.
