A company that lives its culture and values. I worked there for a period of almost 2 years and felt that it was a safe environment, diverse teams, global mindset, transparency.

Cons

It might take a long time for you to climb the ladder depending on which department and position you are.

Employee engagement tools like Workhuman are highly relevant in today's world. Good work-life balance. Excellent employee recognition program using our own software.

Cons

Executive leadership team does not authentically embrace and live the company values. Too many conflicting priorities and projects. High pressure environment to achieve aggressive growth goals.
