      Remote opportunities, they throw good parties, employee recognition, happy customers

      Cons

      Training is like boot camp and is way too long and in Ames, IA. Misrepresentation of the role, expectations, and compensation plan. Hiring too fast and terminating just as fast. Losing good talent, unprofessional Environment, and extremely disorganized. Too much change.

      Pros

      "Nice" mid-western, "Family Style" culture. "Good People" who are "Fair" - both terms used regularly. Seems too good to be true.

      Cons

      Lacks professionalism and includes family style huggs. If you already have a family and want a professional work environment, this could be a huge disappointment. The software also has a flash interface - big oops! Beer drinking games are used to bond teams. This will remain the Frat House mistake of my career.
