Progressive for Realz. Intelligent Leadership with Vision and good communication skills to employees. Doesn't have traditional HR - so there's no top down bull - it's all employee up - Employees are the company - and that is understood.

This is by far the best job Ive ever had or heard of in any financial industry. So laid back, no micro managing, fun work environment. I think the pay is excellent compared to working at a large financial institution. I take home almost twice the salary that I used to. The companies growing and dominating the market place. Only gets better and better. You have so much fun in the office sometimes u dont want to go home.....kind of like recess at times i guess you could say.
