Growing company, decent opportunities if your willing to give up everything.

Cons

Scottsdale management has a very skewed idea of reality. They expect you to be SLAVES to your clients. Forget having a personal life, forget spending time with your kids, forget all of that, because when a customer wants something, you have to drop everything to help them. Whatever the customer wants the customer gets, period. Only months into working for them I called it quits because I could see how miserable my life was about to get. You will have NO life and management could care less in the Scottsdale Office! Maybe its only this location that is like this, but who knows.

I've only been employed at WebFilings for three months (as an intern, and then moved to full-time recently), and have come to realize just how lucky I am to have found this opportunity. Aside from the quality and innovative products that WebFilings offers their customers, they take care of each and every employee. They offer a generous benefits package, the ability to work from virtually anywhere, and I love the detail-oriented communications. I first heard of WebFilings at a career fair for my university, and they had the longest line. The interview process was well-organized, with a little bit of WebFilings creativity and twist. They really know how to get to know someone. Pros - Compared to a lot of organizations I have worked at and that employ such young employers, this is one of the least drama-filled, political work environments. The environment is always fun. When you can look forward to your job each day, and have such a strong support team behind you without a doubt, it is one of the best feelings!

Cons

It would be nice to be a little more transparent in the organizational structure to understand people's roles and where they fit into the company. They like keep a flat hierarchy, so that all employees are given an opportunity to succeed.

This is the single most amazing company any person could ever ask for. The culture of this company has no equal. I honestly can't say enough about how incredible it is to be a part of this company, culture and atmosphere. The career opportunities are endless. They pay well for the best talent around. Work hard; play hard. Joining WebFilings would be the best decision of your life.
