Pros

This company moves people up if they show initiative and offers great exchange programs with their locations abroad.

Cons

The company has an on-site gym and yoga. However, you have to plan ahead to take advantage of these amenities if you want to take a break during your lunch break.

A company of unfulfilled promise and potential...

Pros

The type of service this company is designed to provide is inspiring. Initially the company appears to be well managed with many employee perks including bonuses, employee exchange, food services, tempting campus features, flexible and accommodating schedules, with a friendly and family-unit feel.

Cons

Years of experience with this company as a full time employee shows the working environment to be more of a "sweat shop" and dictatorship than an innovative and forward-looking corporation. Employee involvement in the direction of the company is nonexistent and unwelcome. Employees are burdened with unrealistic goals, disappearing bonuses, non-responsive/ineffective management, empty promises, dishonesty, distrust, threats, and disrespect. Perks are withdrawn without notice and/or cannot be utilized. Employees are flooded with emails which include directives toward national and local political issues (having nothing to do with the business itself). A large majority of the employees disagree with these positions on moral and/or ethical grounds. In additional to the emails, political events are held at the worksite using company resources with the expectation that the employees support that political position. Expressing a preference not to be included in the political activities and/or emails is cause for dismissal from the company. Communication and exchange of ideas amongst employees is strictly forbidden and verbally expressed. All communication must be directed to the employee's immediate manager/team leader and no other person within the company. "Quantity" is the byword of this company. Quality of the work product does not enter into the equation. Discussion of quality work is ignored. An employee's position and duties may change without notice or discussion. Objection or resistance is cause for dismissal based on non-compliance. The employee turnover rate at this company is extremely high. The average length of service for all employees of this company is very, very low based on the national and state averages. Only a few managers in top management have any longevity to speak of.
