      Fantastic! Lots of opportunities and bonuses

      Pros

      Flexible work enviroment, supportive management and preformance bonuses are a plus! The exchange program is a great idea. Also i was able to benefit from the new gym built to support employee wellness and personal training. Overall great place to work!

      Cons

      The only con is that I had to move too far away to continue working here- The managers and other staff members make this a great place to work

      Pros

      The company is flexible in terms of time off and scheduling. Call center teams have a fun sense of community.

      Cons

      Managers have unrealistic work demands and employees have to work at a frantic pace to meet quotas. Managers often play favorites when giving out cases.
