      Decent pay and insurance if you're young and single Get to help people Good experience

      Pay and insurance is bad if you have a family Role and expectations unclear and changing Have to meet constantly changing metrics No career path No resources for financial consultants. Nothing has been updated in the past 5 years. It wouldn't be hard to provide learning materials for consultants and participants, there just doesn't seem to be any desire to. Hired to take financial appointments. Ended up taking legal, daily living, work-life calls. Had to be in "ready" constantly. Have physical issues that require occasional breaks? You're avoiding work. KPI being monitored changes bi-weekly. Insurance is expensive for families.
