Great as a corporate the serves its clientele, but lack consistency when it comes to caring for the carer

Pros

Slightly higher entry salary comparing to other counseling organisations. Wide range of career choices outside of just counseling. Great if you prefer a corporate environment.

Cons

Demanding for counselors as they take the duo role of call agent and therapist. Stressful work environment in which all the counselor's work is timed to the minute. Workload would only be added, reducing is almost non-negotiable. Counselors do not have enough resources to develop their skillsets due to the lack of clinical input, Unclear career path, if not just lack of mobility opportunities. Hence the low retention rate for counselors.
